Our “4th Annual Run For Clean Water Kenya” will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024 in Waynesboro, PA!
This great trail run starts at Waynesboro’s Memorial Park and runs through beautiful Renfrew Museum and Park grounds. There is a 10K race that begins at 9AM and 5K race beginning at 9:15AM. A Virtual Option is also available – run when and where you want!
We believe disease-free clean drinking water is a Basic Human Right. In order to support this belief we’re raising funds through events such as our Run for Clean Water. Your registration goes toward providing rural villages in Kenya simple, easy-to-maintain Portable Water Filtration Systems and Rain Barrels to aid in their fight against crippling waterborne disease. Each race registration provides five years of clean water for a family of six!
This year we’re giving you even more reasons to join the race! After the race, take your race bib to the ‘Mainstreet Waynesboro’s Boro Brew Fest‘ and enjoy a 25% discount on your admission ticket! You can enjoy beverages at the ‘Boro Brew Fest‘ in downtown Waynesboro for a celebration of local spirits, food and music from noon to 4 p.m. at Grove Bowersox Funeral Home parking lot.
