Expolanka Freight, Ltd. (EFL) and Boundless Love are our new partners working in Kenya.

EFL is an International Freight Company headquartered in Sri Lanka with offices in 18 countries, including the U.S.. With 5 offices in Africa – Kenya (Nairobi & Mombasa), Madagascar (Antananarivo), Mauritius (Port Louis) and South Africa (Johannesburg) – EFL has a far-reaching influence. The Nairobi Office is the first on the continent of Africa to initiate a Clean Water Project to give back to the community. We’re very pleased that they chose us to make it a reality.

The CSR (Community Service Resource) Department of EFL has implemented an outreach program in coordination with Clean Water Kenya to deliver Chujio Water Filters and Rain Barrels to the Machakos Area in Central Kenya. We already have an excellent program in place there and by partnering with EFL we can help them reach their CSR Goals.

On March 30th, over 20 volunteers helped distribute 50 Filters and 75 Rain Barrels as well as teach a lesson in small groups on Personal Hygiene and Waste Management and Sanitation to villagers from the surrounding area. We believe the combination of these lessons and the distribution of these life-saving filters is crucial to the continued health of rural Kenyans.

It was a great day and we look forward to growing our partnership with Expolanka Freight! Our thanks to Ronnie Bongso, Natasha Masheti and the Entire Staff of EFL for a wonderful experience!

Boundless Love, a non-profit volunteer organization under the leadership of Barnabas Mutua, has now partnered with us looking to draw volunteers to our work in Kenya. This great organization has been in existence since 2010 and has placed thousands of volunteers throughout Africa in projects ranging from medical to elephant and wildlife conservation to orphanage and HIV/Aids work.
